New Update: 3.12.1

We kindly request that you update to version 3.12.1 in order to restore the functionality of your client tracker. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused over the weekend.

 

The issue stemmed from a framework/SSL problem that was utilized within Deskcove. It took us some time to fully understand and resolve the root cause.

 

Here are the instructions to update:

 

In order for the time you worked in the previous days to be restored, you need to download the new one and replace it with the old one without deleting the existing Deskcove application.

 

1. Please refrain from uninstalling or deleting anything from the previous version.

2. Download the latest version, 3.12.1.

3. Install the application.

4. Run the application and start the timer.

 

After updating, your previous time should begin syncing to your dashboard. It may take a few minutes, as there could be a backlog in the queue.

Therefore, please allow approximately 10 minutes for the time to start appearing on your timesheets. If it still does not show up, kindly quit and reopen the application, then start running the timer again.
